At this Thursday's class I will be discussing how we can find happiness, peace, and love in our lives regardless of our outside circumstances by embarking on an inward journey of spiritual awakening to find our authentic self. We will discover that we already have all that we need to be genuinely happy. This journey will bring about emotional, psychological and spiritual transformation which is life changing. As I feel that meditation is a very important tool in this process, we will be doing some meditation so wear comfortable clothing.

These classes are free and give us the opportunity to form new friendship and share our ideas with others and in doing so we can EMPOWER each other. Invite a friend.

MEDITATION

On Thursday night I will be teaching a meditation class. Meditation has been something that I been practicing for over 30 years. It's benefits have been far reaching and has given me peace and purpose in my life and I can 't imagine my life without doing it. Please bring a cushion or anything comfortable to sit on. Class will begin at 7:00. Hope to see you there!
