ABOUT ME

My vision is to provide opportunities to help empower women by offering classes on spiritual wellness, health, finances, relationships and meditation. Through sharing the vast knowledge and kindred spirits of others, along with myself, I know this is possible.

"Many women today feel a sadness we cannot name. Though we accomplish much of what we set out to do, we sense that something is missing in our lives and -fruitlessly - search "out there" for the answers. What's often wrong is that we are disconnected from an authentic sense of self"

THANKS TOM

I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY THANK MY BROTHER, TOM FOR THE GREAT JOB HE DID TEACHING OUR LAST CLASS. WE HAD 36 PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE AND HE SHARED SOME INCREDIBLE INFORMATION REGARDING THE TREATMENT OF DEPRESSION AND STRESS. WE LEARNED THAT DURING THE LAST TEN YEARS IT HAS BEEN FOUND THAT THE BRAIN ACTUALLY REWIRES ITSELF WHEN UNDER STRESS AND CONVENTIONAL THERAPYS ARE NOT THAT SUCCESSFUL. PEOPLE ARE IN FACT SUFFERING FROM A PSYCHOLOGICALLY "DAMAGED BRAIN". HE TAUGHT US SOME OF THE WAYS WE CAN HELP REPAIR OUR BRAINS BY BEING MINDFUL, PRACTICING YOGA, MEDITATION, EXCERCISE, PERFORMING CRAFTS ETC. WE RECORDED HIS CLASS AND IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN VIEWING THIS LET ME KNOW.

MANY WHO ATTENDED WOULD LIKE TOM TO RETURN AND HE WILL BE DOING SO ON APRIL 15TH WHERE HE, MY TWO NEICES AND I WILL BE SPEAKING ABOUT MY SISTER WHO DIED IN AUGUST AFTER TAKING HER OWN LIFE.

THANKS AGAIN TOM. I LOVE YOU. PEGGY
