SUMMER SCHEDULE

DUE TO THE BUSY TIMES THE SUMMER MONTHS BRING I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO SCHEDULE ANY REGULAR CLASSES DURING THIS TIME. HOWEVER FOR THOSE INTERESTED I WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE AN OUTDOOR GROUP MEDITATION FOR WORLD PEACE SOMETIME IN THE SUMMER. THERE ARE MANY GROUPS OF PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY GATHERING TOGETHER TO DO THIS AS WELL. ALSO THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE WANTING TO GET TOGETHER AND HAVE GROUP DISCUSSIONS ON "MINDFULLNESS", "LIVING IN THE PRESENT MOMENT" AND MAKING OUR LIVES MORE MEANINGFUL. I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHEN THE FIRST GET TOGETHER WILL BE.

WE HAD A VERY GOOD TURN OUT TO OUR LAST CLASS THAT WAS TAUGHT BY LAURA LEE. SHE SPOKE ABOUT HER INDIAN HERITAGE AND SHARED SOME OF THEIR CEREMONIES BY SINGING AND PLAYING HER INDIAN DRUM. IT WAS VERY ENJOYABLE TO ALL. THANKS AGAIN LAURA
