SPIRITUAL AWAKENING .

OUR INNER JOURNEY TO FINDING OUR AUTHENTIC SELF
THURSDAY MARCH 3RD 6:30



At this Thursday's class I will be discussing how we can find happiness, peace, and love in our lives regardless of our outside circumstances by embarking on an inward journey of spiritual awakening to find our authentic self. We will discover that we already have all that we need to be genuinely happy. This journey will bring about emotional, psychological and spiritual transformation which is life changing. As I feel that meditation is a very important tool in this process, we will be doing some meditation so wear comfortable clothing.

These classes are free and give us the opportunity to form new friendship and share our ideas with others and in doing so we can EMPOWER each other. Invite a friend.

    Thanks Peggy for pushing yourself beyond your normal comfort zone. I loved the discussion and the meditation. I really appreciated the space to ponder and process the power of a mindful life.
