"Many women today feel a sadness we cannot name. Though we accomplish much of what we set out to do, we sense that something is missing in our lives and -fruitlessly - search "out there" for the answers. What's often wrong is that we are disconnected from an authentic sense of self"

MERIDIAN TAPPING

Thursday April 21st. 6:30 p.m.

Marie Smith will be teaching next Thursday's class on Meridian Tapping Techniques which is also referred to as "Energy Medicine" or "Energy Psychology". These techniques stimulate specific points on your body that are associated with your meridian energy system. Like acupuncture and acupressure, Tapping is really a set of techniques that utilize the body's energy meridian points. You can stimulate these meridian points by Tapping on them with your fingertips—literally Tapping into your body's own energy and healing power.

The class will consist of 3 different tapping sessions:

Using tapping as a form of meditation
Tapping while working with positive affirmations
Using tapping to work through negative emotions and thoughts and release them

Marie will begin the class with a chakra meditation for balance. Everyone who has attended Marie's classes have been very informed and motivated. She puts a great deal of time and effort in her preparation so lets support her and invite a friend to join us.

Thanks,
Peggy

  1. I'm really thankful that meridian tapping came into this world. If not, my sister wouldn't have stopped being an alcoholic.

Emotional freedom techniques really is the way to go. May it continue forever.

  2. I've heard of Meridian Tapping before and I was quite skeptical at first but when my sister had a go at it, we've seen changes from her being an alcoholic to consuming booze once a week until she didn't do it any more.

She also suggested that I should buy myself a free tapping eBook
