THANKS GARY

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK GARY MARTIN AND HIS FRIEND, PAUL FOR TEACHING THEIR CLASS ON MEDITATION. THEY HAD SO MUCH GREAT ADVICE FOR THOSE WANTING TO LEARN TO MEDITATE AND THEY GAVE US GREAT POINTERS FOR STILLING OUR THOUGHTS AND CALMING OUR MINDS WHICH EVERYONE STRUGGLES WITH.
